RETURN POLICY:

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS | ALL SALES ARE FINAL | NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final, whether purchased online or in our showroom. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, personal preference, or an item not fitting your space.

We sell vintage furniture, which may show age-appropriate wear, variations in finish, and signs of previous use or restoration. Please review the photographs, description, dimensions, and condition carefully before purchasing.

For showroom purchases, customers are responsible for inspecting the actual item before completing payment. Please examine its condition, appearance, and features, verify any measurements important to you, and raise any questions with our team before purchasing. Disclosed wear and visible characteristics that you inspected and accepted are not grounds for a return.

We make every effort to keep our listings accurate, but occasional typographical errors, omissions, or measurement discrepancies may occur. If a specific dimension, material, feature, or other detail is essential to your purchase, please ask our team to verify it before payment. For in-person purchases, please inspect the item itself in addition to reviewing its online listing.

Unsure about fit? Please ask us before purchasing. We’re happy to provide additional measurements and help you assess whether an item will fit your room or pass through doorways, hallways, stairs, and elevators. Customers remain responsible for confirming the dimensions and access requirements of their space.

Need more photos or details? Please reach out. We’re happy to provide additional photographs, close-ups, and information about an item’s condition so you can feel confident in your decision before purchasing.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law, including those relating to material misdescription or defects.
